RÉV, András

András has an  M.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Technical university).
His main areas of activities and expertise are FIDIC conditions of contract and FIDIC training; contractual advice, claim and variation management, dispute resolution and public procurement. András is fluent in the English and speaks Arabic languages - Hungarian being his mother tongue.

András has more than 30 years of experience in the preparation and management of international and local construction projects from procurement through to defects liability and the operation period.

He has a leading role in the translation and customization of FIDIC conditions of contract in Hungary, and is also a Senior Lecturer at the Technical University of Budapest.

András is  a dispute adjudicator (local and international projects) and is fluent in English and Arabic.

Some of the most important projects in which he played leading role are: Design of roads, Algeria; Tripoli metro and coastal railway including project preparation, Libya. In Budapest the reconstruction of the Millennium underground line (IBRD co-finance), Preparation of tender documents, and role of „the Engineer”; tram line reconstruction and renewal; Public procurement procedures for the ’Orpheus’ Phare regional development programme (civil and construction projects); Head of the expert team for managing claims and variations, “the Engineer”, for the Dél-Buda – Rákospalota metro 4 (Budapest, 7.3 km, twin tunnel, 10 stations, EU co-finance)
